HOMEMADE PALETAS

Inspired by my trip to Zora Dora's, the place in Beacon that specializes in paletas (frozen Mexican treats), I decided to make my own.

I made two flavors. The one on the left is almond milk with vanilla extract and rasberries. The one on the right is Newman's Own pink lemonade with blueberries.

I'm looking forward to sampling my very own flavor combos!

I love paletas because above all, they can be whatever you want them to be, as long as they contain fresh fruit and amor. Such is the genius of the people of Tacumbo, Michoacan, Mexico, Birthplace of The World's Best Paletas.
